At Fitness Norfolk, we care about your goals. This is why together we will build a workout and/or nutrition program designed to help crush your goals!

Smart Training
Our personal trainers will run a ZYTO Scan to see how hard your body is working. A simple bio-communication scan will tell you what type of restorative services, nutrients, and workouts your body mostly needs that day!

1,2, or 3x a Week!
Fitness Norfolk has customized programs available to fit your busy schedule!
Whether it is 30 min, 45, or 60 minutes, you choose what plan works best for you.
Our highly popular 30 min session works because it gets you in and out in no time!
