April's Quarantine 30 Day Challenge

As many of you know, I had my second baby 5 months ago. Prior to quarantine life, I had been working really hard at the gym. Now that I can't use the gym I am trying to find ways to stay consistent. This is why I decided to focus on a 30-day challenge this April in order to hold myself accountable and really up my home workout routines.


My 30 Day challenge will consist of daily home workouts.

I will document home workouts videos, mood, and food diary on instagram (follow me!) @may.fitnessnorfolk

I will also post weekly blogs on here sharing my home workouts, quarantine life, and everything else in between.

I can't wait to share my before and after pictures!
