Fitness Experience: Willie has trained active duty military personnel and their family members for over 25 years, in both personal training and group fitness classes. He was a Navy Command Fitness Leader Instructor, where he certified navy personnel as fitness leaders and taught them to safely conduct fitness classes for their command personnel.
Willie was also involved in the Navy’s Mission Nutrition and taught nutrition classes to Navy personnel. Willie brings fresh ideas to Fitness Norfolk and cannot wait to meet you to show you how working out doesn't have to be work. The friendly banters between the Marines and the Navy continue all day.
Willie holds the ACSM Certified Personal Trainer certificate, ACSM Weight Management, Tabata Bootcamp, MMA Bootcamp, TRX Suspension system, and AAAI/ISMA Total Body Strength Conditioning.
Personal Favorites: "I love reading books about nutrition, fitness, and self-development. My favorite exercises are running, bench press, and squats, and favorite sport is boxing. My favorite fighter is Muhammad Ali. I enjoy running and walking at various parks in the area. I also enjoy eating out at fine restaurants throughout Hampton Roads."
